The shopkeeper was a person training at a famous ramen shop in Tempei, which is the representative of Tokyo, but he seems to have chosen to compete with the taste of his hometown Hiroshima for independence. The author's recommendation is the Hiroshima Tsuki noodle in the photo, unlike ordinary wearing noodles called cold noodles × hot soup, Hiroshima Tsukemen is the biggest feature of noodles and soup cold. At first it is sweet, and the spicyness that will rush in afterwards becomes habit. When squeezing lemon in the second half, it gets a bit different a taste and it is interesting. A soup with dozens of kinds of materials in a well-balanced manner is rich in taste that you can recommend with ease to everyone. Tsukemen adds sour and spicy flavor to it slightly and adjusts so as not to lose to tasteful noodles. While that noodle is plentiful in volume, it is supposed to be a thrilling thanks to the tanpu juice of the Danshi family. The refreshing aroma of Yuzu also makes the backyard fresh. "Kaipa fried shrimp rice" in the side menu is also a specialty here, perfect for accompanying ramen noodles.

In my huge number of ramen shops in Tokyo, my favorite ramen shop is contesting about 1/2. Although it is by no means gaudy, ramen and Tsukemen which politely finished using various materials such as animals and seafood, are all wonderfully delicious enough to find no faults.
